Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Sales Representative to cultivate and grow accounts in Elk Grove, CA. You will drive sales of beer, wine and spirits through route coverage, effective planning, and strong customer relations.

The role requires a driver’s license, 2+ years in sales, and proficiency with MS Office and presentation tools. You will work with a Field Sales Manager to meet supplier and company objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training/experience.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Sales.
• Proficient with MS Office and presentation software.
• Results-oriented with strong verbal/written communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently or in a team, meet deadlines.
• Analytical and reporting skills.
• Sound judgement and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Must be at least 21 and have a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Calls on accounts and covers daily routes with an established pattern.
• Analyzes accounts to identify opportunities and ensure compliance.
• Delivers professional sales presentations highlighting products and promotions.
• Maintains product levels by inventorying and stocking where permitted.
• Educates staff on priority brands through training sessions.
• Manages receivables by processing credits/returns and communicating with accounts.
• Delivers products, handles issues, and escalates as needed.
• Strives to meet distribution, volume, and activity goals.
• Ensures brand visibility with account standards and POS materials.
• Obtains payments and supports opening of new accounts.
