Job summary

Columbia Distributing is hiring Sales Representatives to drive beverage sales across assigned market. You will plan territory, secure new accounts, and service existing customers while merchandising and promoting supplier objectives.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to build durable client relationships. Local travel is involved; full-time hours may include weekends and varied shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CSP training and certification required at hire.
• Cicerone Level I within one year of start date.
• Minimum two years of beverage sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Manage beverage sales in assigned market.
• Plan territory, secure new accounts and service existing accounts.
• Support routing, merchandising and product visibility.
• Complete required trainings to improve performance.
• Maintain industry knowledge: beer, non-alcoholic, foods, trends.
• Submit reporting, preplans, trackers, and surveys by due date.
• Sell Columbia Distributing portfolio across all accounts.
• Develop opportunities and programs for customers.
