Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking a motivated entry-level Territory-based Sales Representative to drive growth across small and medium businesses in Louisiana. You will receive comprehensive training to sell top-tier supplemental insurance solutions and build your client portfolio.

You’ll engage decision-makers through one-on-one meetings and group presentations, manage your own schedule, and pursue expanded territories with a dynamic, commission-driven compensation plan.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with local owners, follow up on referrals, and re-service existing clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedule and submit it to the manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.

Education

Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience
