You will receive comprehensive training to sell supplemental insurance to business owners and their employees across diverse sectors, with opportunities for one-on-one and group presentations.

The position emphasizes autonomy in scheduling, territory development, and continuous professional growth, including commissions, bonuses, and development classes.

Qualifications

• Background check required
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain)
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree or with relevant sales/athletic background considered)

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and expand your network
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text
• Schedule meetings to understand client insurance needs
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with local owners
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio
• Set and pursue monthly/quarterly targets with the team
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it for approval
• Record daily work stats and sales activity
