Job summary

Access Systems - Operations & Service is hiring a Sales Representative to grow our Northeast Kansas market. You will manage a local business territory, work directly with owners and decision-makers, and build relationships that continue after the sale.

Base salary plus uncapped commissions, paid training, and strong earning potential are offered. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel in Topeka Territory are required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of full-time experience in sales or related goal-driven roles.
• Track record of meeting goals and producing results.
• Willingness to start conversations with new people and stay motivated after refusals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage time and priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Connect with local business owners and decision-makers to create opportunities.
• Build a pipeline of new business within your territory.
• Meet with businesses to assess their technology needs and goals.
• Present proposals, negotiate terms, and close new accounts.
• Maintain and expand ongoing customer relationships and follow up.
