Job summary

Grimco, Inc. is seeking a driven B2B Sales professional for inside and outside roles. You will build client relationships, prospect new accounts, and collaborate with a sales team to meet shared goals. On-site visits and product demonstrations will be part of delivering value to customers.

Training & development will begin with a comprehensive orientation at Grimco's Corporate Headquarters in Sunset Hills, MO, followed by hands-on learning and field activities across the territory.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years in sales, customer service, or related customer-facing role.
• Able to initiate calls, visits, and consultative selling with customers.
• Enjoys working in a collaborative, team-based sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining customer relationships through calls, visits, and consultative selling
• Prospecting and developing new accounts while growing existing ones
• Collaborating with your team on shared sales goals
• Conducting on-site visits and product demos when beneficial
• Learning Grimco's product portfolio customers depend on
• Identifying opportunities to grow customers' business with new products
• Managing your pipeline and owning sales results
