Job summary

UniFirst Careers seeks a high-performing B2B Sales Representative to drive new business growth in an assigned territory. You will prospect, close multi-year service agreements, and build long-term relationships with business clients.

You’ll conduct on-site assessments for uniform rental and facility services, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding. Ideal candidates have 0-2 years in B2B sales and a proven sales track record.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of B2B sales experience (uniform rental, industrial supply, waste management, safety gear, or janitorial services preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing a full sales cycle.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Willingness to take coaching and feedback.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle.
• Individuals driving personal vehicles for business must meet UniFirst auto insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads across a defined territory through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
• Conduct on-site assessments and presentations for uniform rental, floor care, restroom, and facility service programs.
• Develop tailored proposals and close multi-year service agreements.
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information and activity.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Collaborate with service and operations teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
