Job summary

Victra, Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States, seeks a Business Manager to drive B2B sales in a defined territory. You will partner with frontline retail teams to identify, qualify, and close business opportunities and prospect for new revenue alongside daily account management.

You’ll manage funnels, deliver compelling proposals, train staff on products and services, and visit retail locations regularly. Strong MS Office skills and prior outside-sales success are required.

Qualifications

• Two years of outside sales experience in a business-to-business environment preferred.
• Four-year college degree preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly sales quota for assigned area.
• Identify and pursue new sales leads through daily prospecting.
• Partner with retail on coordinated prospecting efforts.
• Daily funnel management: track lead progress and sales forecasting.
• Build and deliver impactful sales proposals to prospective business customers.
• Ensure business customers are trained on purchased products and services.
• Frequent visits to assigned retail locations and on-floor support.
• Develop retail team on business sales process, products, and services.
• Stay informed on current processes, promotions, and incentives.
• Attend meetings and calls as needed.
