Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions in Florida is seeking a driven B2B Sales Executive to lead new business development. You will generate leads, build a robust pipeline, and close janitorial and other service contracts, while handing off completed deals to the operations team.

This role rewards hunting and closing, with 50% of time in the office and 50% in the field meeting decision-makers. Expect uncapped commissions and earnings potential, with on-target earnings of $100,000 to $120,000 in year one

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B outside sales or business development experience.
• Proven ability to self generate leads and work a geographic territory.
• Discipline to balance office based prospecting with field activity daily.
• Strong closing skills with commercial property managers and building owners.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through door knocking, cold calls and email campaigns
• Build and maintain a pipeline worth 3x your monthly revenue target
• Close $5,000 to $10, 000+ in new monthly contract revenue as you ramp
• Conduct building surveys and present proposals to commercial decision makers
• Hand off closed accounts and immediately pursue your next opportunity
