City Wide Facility Solutions in Florida seeks a Sales Executive to drive new business from lead generation to close. You will work with operations and the sales team to establish profitable client relationships.

The role requires 2-3 years in B2B sales, a hunter mindset, and CRM proficiency; a Bachelor's is preferred. A base salary with uncapped commissions is offered along with benefits such as PTO and health coverage.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor's Degree highly preferred
• Two to three years in a B2B sales environment with a track record of success
• "Hunter" sales acumen; goal driven and self-motivated
• Sales training certificates (e.g., Sandler, Dale Carnegie) preferred
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills required

Responsabilités

• Identify and qualify potential clients, leads, and referrals for monthly sales targets
• Schedule appointments, understand account requirements, and present solutions
• Close sales by building rapport and handling objections
• Prospect at least 20 hours per week
• Maintain CRM with client and lead information; manage the Hot 25 list
