Job summary

Rentokil Terminix is hiring an Account Executive to sell pest management services to commercial customers across hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare and retail. You will build new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and deliver tailored pest solutions.

You will participate in a comprehensive training program, travel within assigned territory up to 100%, and use the company CRM to track activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service and communication skills.
• Preferred 2+ years in B2B sales; prospecting skills encouraged.
• Self-motivated hunter mentality; able to work independently.
• Must obtain any required industry licenses; travel up to 100%.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads and referrals.
• Sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance to commercial customers.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn Rentokil's programs, pricing policies and service offerings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maximize growth and ensure outstanding service.
• Maintain daily activity and sales performance in the company CRM.
