Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking an Account Executive to sell pest management services to commercial customers across hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare, and retail. You will learn our pest management offerings and develop proposals and presentations to win new business.

You will join a results‑oriented team, conduct assessments of infestations, and craft territory strategies to exceed sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred 2 years in B2B sales with prospecting skills (cold calling, lead generation, networking).
• Strong social, customer service, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling
• Visually inspect buildings for pests and sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance for commercial customers
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets
• Learn Rentokil's programs, pricing policies, and service offerings
• Collaborate with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure outstanding service
