Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is hiring Account Executives to sell industry-leading pest management services to commercial customers across hospitality, healthcare, food & beverage, and retail.

You will join a training program to learn our programs, then lead proposals and presentations that close deals. In this field-based role, you will visit sites, inspect risks, develop territory plans, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Preferred two years of B2B sales experience; prospecting skills (cold calling, lead generation, networking).
• Self-motivated hunter with ability to work independently.
• Willing to obtain industry licenses provided and paid for by the company.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests and sell pest control solutions to commercial customers.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn Rentokil’s programs, pricing policies, and service offerings.
• Build partnerships with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure outstanding service.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company CRM.
