Allegiant Business Group seeks experienced sales professionals for a full-time independent contractor role in direct sales within a local territory. You will meet business owners and employees, present benefit options, and guide enrollment decisions while building lasting relationships.

The role offers structured training, mentorship, leadership support, licensing assistance, and flexible scheduling as you grow your client base in a results-driven environment.

Competenze

• Experience in sales, customer service, business development, or leadership roles.
• Willing to travel locally with reliable transportation.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life license within 90 days (licensing support provided).

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations for employees and leadership teams.
• Recommend supplemental insurance solutions tailored to client needs.
• Support enrollment, follow-up, and claims-related questions.
• Maintain accurate client and activity records using Salesforce CRM.
• Expand your territory through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly and long-term goals.
• Track and report activity while managing an assigned territory.
