Dayspring Restoration is seeking a Business Development Manager for a dedicated territory in Montana. You will build a referral network and nurture commercial accounts, focusing on long-term relationship development and repeat business. This role rewards consistency, accountability, and strategic selling beyond one-off deals.

You’ll work in disaster restoration services, collaborating with operations and leadership to ensure excellent customer outcomes and a growing pipeline.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Strong networking and relationship-building ability.
• Ability to build a territory from zero and own it.
• Self-discipline with strong follow-through.
• Strategic thinker who prioritizes high-value opportunities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience selling services to commercial clients preferred.
• Restoration/insurance/property mgmt experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a B2B referral network through hunting and farming.
• Generate new business via prospecting, networking, and in-person meetings.
• Develop relationships with commercial accounts and referrals.
• Engage in consultative conversations, not product pitches.
• Present services and emergency response capabilities to clients.
• Educate partners/clients on mitigation and restoration solutions.
• Attend industry events and track activity in CRM.
• Collaborate with operations and leadership for outcomes.
