Job summary

Dayspring Restoration in Montana seeks a Business Development Manager – Territory Sales for the Greater Great Falls area. This is a relationship-driven outside sales role in disaster restoration, focused on building a network of referral partners and commercial clients who consistently send business your way.

You’ll pursue consultative conversations, expand your pipeline, and develop long-term partnerships with insurance agents, property managers, facility managers, and contractors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Strong networking and relationship-building ability.
• Comfortable building a territory from zero.
• Self-disciplined with strong follow-through.
• Strategic thinker who can identify and prioritize high-value opportunities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience selling services to commercial clients is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a B2B referral network through hunting and farming.
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, cold outreach, and in-person meetings.
• Develop relationships with commercial accounts and referral sources.
• Conduct consultative sales conversations—not product pitches.
• Present company services and emergency response capabilities to prospective clients.
• Educate partners and clients on mitigation and restoration solutions.
• Attend networking functions and industry events.
• Track pipeline, sales activity, and follow-up inside CRM systems.
• Collaborate with operations and leadership to ensure strong customer outcomes.
• Build toward predictable long-term deal flow.
