Job summary

Restoration 1 of New Jersey is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to help grow our restoration and reconstruction business throughout North and Central New Jersey. This field-based sales role focuses on building referral relationships with insurance professionals, plumbers, property managers, and commercial property owners.

You will spend most of your time in the field, meeting clients, generating opportunities, and maintaining accurate CRM records.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable spending 80% or more of work time in the field.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to use CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining referral relationships
