Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Ability to build a territory from zero and grow referrals.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable presenting to commercial clients.
• Experience in restoration, insurance, or property management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a B2B referral network through hunting and farming.
• Generate new business via prospecting, networking, cold outreach, and in-person meetings.
• Develop relationships with commercial accounts and referral sources.
• Conduct consultative sales conversations—not product pitches.
• Present company services and emergency response capabilities to prospective clients.
• Educate partners and clients on mitigation and restoration solutions.
• Attend networking functions and association events.
• Track pipeline, sales activity, and follow-up inside CRM systems.
• Collaborate with operations and leadership to ensure strong customer outcomes.
• Consistently build toward predictable long-term deal flow.
