JASPER Engines & Transmissions seeks an Outside Sales Representative to cultivate business with independent repair shops, fleets, cities and government accounts across the 2 & 495 corridor into MA Northshore. The candidate must reside in the territory and embrace a hunter mindset in a leading remanufacturer of engines and transmissions.

The role offers a base salary range of $60k–$75k with quarterly bonuses, potential full commission, and a full benefits package after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Degree or two-plus years of sales experience.
• Hunter mentality focused on serving customers to drive sales.
• Self-motivated with initiative.
• Automotive background/knowledge.
• Integrity and honesty.

Responsabilités

• Utilize a proven selling system with marketing support.
• Develop and implement plans to seize sales opportunities in territory.
• Dayshift position with some overnights (min 4 per month).
• Collaborate with inside sales, customer service, production, and distribution.
• Plan and manage accounts; introduce new products and updates.
• Build long-term value-based relationships and focus on prospecting to grow the business.
