Job summary

JASPER Engines & Transmissions in Ann Arbor is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to build relationships with independent repair shops, fleets, and government accounts across Ann Arbor and nearby cities. You will travel within the territory and present our re-manufactured engines and transmissions using our proven selling system.

The role offers a base salary of $60,000 to $75,000 with quarterly bonuses, full benefits after 30 days, and long-term value through ESOP.

Qualifications

• Degree or two-plus years of sales experience.
• Hunter mentality focused on customer service and sales growth.
• Self-starter with motivation to succeed.
• Automotive background/knowledge.
• Integrity and honesty.

Responsibilities

• Sell to independent repair facilities, fleets and government entities.
• Develop plans to maximize sales opportunities in assigned territory.
• Use a proven selling system with marketing support.
• Plan and manage accounts and build relationships.
• Introduce new products and updates to customers.
• Collaborate with inside sales, customer service, production and distribution.
