Job summary

Sanofi Area Business Manager Allergy ENT Peoria IL seeks to engage Allergists and Pulmonologists to grow revenue in the Springfield, IL territory. The role emphasizes scientifically grounded selling, independent ownership of goals, and strict compliance with policies.

The ABM will collaborate with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Access Specialists, and other stakeholders to drive brand growth while building relationships with key health‑care professionals in Allergy/Immunology and Pulmonology

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four‑year college or university.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device sales experience.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical and scientific product‑related information.

Responsibilities

• Engage Allergists and Pulmonologists and present clinically focused selling message to grow revenue.
• Meet and exceed individual business goals with initiative and independence.
• Promote compliant promotion of products per US policies and in compliance with all policies.
• Collaborate with field stakeholders to address customer needs and market dynamics.
• Develop relationships with allergy/immunology/pulmonology specialists and staff.
• Drive opportunities with strategic plans to grow territory.
• Plan and execute local speaker programs and activities.
• Maximize territory budget to support strategies and growth.
• Participate in industry congresses and regional meetings.
• Own opportunities with large group practices to drive product results.
• Establish relationships with thought leaders in territory.
• Aim to deliver industry-leading customer value.
