Job summary

Sanofi is seeking an Area Business Manager for Allergy in the Phoenix area to engage Allergists and drive revenue for atopic dermatitis and asthma products. You will deliver clinically focused messages, build relationships with key healthcare professionals, and coordinate with Medical Science Liaisons and market access teams to support patient access.

The role requires 3+ years in pharmaceutical sales, strong account management, and willingness to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience.
• Ability to travel to meetings/trainings/programs as necessary.
• Proven success and positive track record of consistent sales performance in complex markets with high integrity within compliance guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Engage Allergy/Immunology customers within assigned geographical territory with clinically focused messaging to introduce, launch, grow brand-share and revenue for atopic dermatitis and asthma indications.
• Collaborate and coordinate with Regeneron Sales Professional counterparts, Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement and Market Access teams, Thought Leader Liaisons, to address customer needs and identify market dynamics.
• Develop strong working relationships with Allergy experts, coordinators, office staff and other health care personnel and patient advocacy groups.
• Drive results by identifying opportunities and developing strategic plans to generate product utilization and territory growth.
• Plan, organize and execute local promotional speaker programs and activities within budget.
• Own and cultivate opportunities with large group practices and other key targets to drive overall product results.
• Establish relationships with thought leaders to maximize customer value.
