Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical, medical device or biotech sales experience, or relevant clinical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical and scientific product information.
• Ability to travel to meetings and trainings as needed in the territory.
• Proven track record of sales success in complex markets with integrity and compliance.

• Engage Allergy/Immunology/ENT customers within assigned territory and deliver clinically focused messaging.
• Collaborate with field-based stakeholders to address customer needs and market dynamics.
• Develop relationships with immunology experts, coordinators, office staff and patient advocacy groups.
• Drive results by identifying opportunities and developing strategic business plans.
• Plan and execute local promotional speaker programs and optimize the territory budget.
• Lead initiatives to support sales success at conferences and local meetings.
• Own opportunities by coordinating with large group practices and key targets.
• Establish relationships with thought leaders to drive customer value.
