Praxis Precision Medicines is seeking a driven Account Specialist to drive commercial performance across a defined territory by engaging healthcare providers, building strong customer relationships, and supporting launches to ensure patient access.

You bring 5+ years of direct CNS or specialty pharma sales, familiarity with formulary access and early market execution, and a proven track record of meeting quota with hospital systems, IDNs, and institutional accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct CNS pharma sales experience.
• Experience with hospital systems, IDNs, and institutional accounts.
• Familiarity with pre-launch planning and early market execution.
• Understanding of formulary access strategies and payer dynamics.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding quota.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory business plans to achieve sales goals.
• Develop strong relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders.
• Drive product adoption through customer education.
• Navigate patient pathways and support access.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Patient Services, Medical teams.
• Support launch execution including pre- and post-launch strategies.
• Leverage field insights to improve strategy.
• Maintain knowledge of product, disease state, and market.
• Ensure regulatory and company policy compliance.
