Job summary

Praxis Precision Medicines is seeking a driven Account Specialist to execute in the field and drive commercial performance across a defined territory. You will engage healthcare providers, build strong relationships, and support product launches to ensure patients gain access to innovative therapies.

Collaborating with Market Access, Patient Services and Medical teams, you will educate customers, drive product adoption, and navigate complex patient pathways while maintaining product and market

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct sales in CNS or specialty pharmaceuticals.
• Experience with pre-launch planning and early market execution.
• Knowledge of formulary access strategies and hospital/IDN dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory business plans to achieve sales goals.
• Develop relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders.
• Drive product adoption through education and engagement.
• Navigate patient pathways and support therapy access.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Patient Services, and Medical teams.
• Support launch execution and post-launch adoption strategies.
• Leverage field insights to inform strategy and execution.
