Job summary

Praxis Precision Medicines is seeking a driven Account Specialist to execute territory plans, engage healthcare providers, and drive commercial performance across a defined region. This remote-based role requires travel within the region and close collaboration with Market Access, Patient Services, and Medical teams to support launches and access to therapies.

You will build strong relationships, educate customers, navigate patient pathways, and ensure adherence to regulatory and company

Qualifications

5+ years direct sales in CNS or specialty pharma.
Experience with product launches and early market execution.
Familiarity with formulary access strategies and payer discussions.
Experience selling to hospital systems, IDNs and institutional accounts.

Responsibilities

Execute territory business plans to meet or exceed sales goals.
Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders.
Drive product adoption through effective customer engagement and education.
Navigate complex patient pathways and support access to therapy.
Collaborate with Market Access, Strategic Accounts, Patient Services, and Medical teams.
Support launch execution including pre-launch planning and post-launch activities.
Leverage field insights to refine strategy and improve execution.
Maintain strong product, disease state, and market knowledge.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
