Job summary

Praxis Precision Medicines is seeking a driven Account Specialist to execute in the field and drive commercial performance across a defined territory. This remote role requires flexibility and travel within the region to engage healthcare providers and support patient access.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to support launches, adoption, and access; bring 5+ years of CNS pharma sales experience, and navigate complex patient pathways while maintaining high compliance and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct sales experience in CNS or specialty pharmaceuticals.
• Deep understanding of complex patient pathways and specialist prescriber dynamics.
• Experience with product launches and pre-launch planning.
• Formulary access strategies and early market penetration tactics.
• Experience selling into hospital systems, IDNs, and institutional accounts.
• Understanding of specialty pharmacy and hub services models.
• Proven quota attainment and year-over-year performance.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory business plans to achieve sales goals.
• Develop relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders.
• Drive product adoption through customer engagement and education.
• Navigate patient pathways and support access to therapy.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Strategic Accounts, Patient Services, and Medical teams.
• Support launch execution and post-launch adoption strategies.
• Share field insights to inform strategy and improve execution.
• Maintain product, disease state, and market knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
