Praxis Precision Medicines is seeking an Account Specialist to execute in the field and drive commercial performance across a defined territory. This remote-based role requires flexibility and willingness to travel within a specified region and for company-related purposes as needed.

You will engage healthcare providers, build strong customer relationships, and support product launches, driving adoption and ensuring patients gain access to innovative therapies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct sales experience in CNS or specialty pharmaceuticals.
• Deep understanding of patient pathways and prescriber dynamics.
• Experience with product launches and pre-launch planning is preferred.
• Knowledge of formulary access strategies and early market penetration.
• Experience selling into hospital systems, IDNs, and institutions is a plus.

• Execute territory business plans to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders.
• Drive product adoption through customer engagement and education.
• Navigate patient pathways and support access to therapy.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Strategic Accounts, Patient Services, and Medical teams.
• Support launch execution and adoption strategies.
• Leverage field insights to inform strategy and improve execution.
• Maintain product and market knowledge; ensure regulatory compliance.
