Job summary

Blood Assurance, Inc. in Tullahoma, TN is seeking a Territory Account Representative to develop and service group accounts in the local area. The role involves calling on accounts to plan and support blood drives and booking drives to hit monthly collection goals.

Ideal candidates will have outside sales experience, a bachelor’s degree or related work experience, and strong communication skills. Travel 3-4 days weekly within the territory is required, with potential advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience with a bachelor’s degree or prior related work experience.
• Customer service, retail, or event planning experience preferred.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to present to groups and educate, influence, negotiate and secure agreements.

Responsibilities

• Calling on current and potential accounts to plan and support blood drives.
• Booking blood drives to meet monthly collection goals.
• Develop positive relationships in the community to support and set up blood drives.
• Travel 3-4 days per week within territory with minimal overnight travel.
