Job summary

Blood Assurance in Chattanooga, TN, seeks a Territory Account Representative to develop and service group accounts in the Chattanooga and north Georgia region. You will travel frequently, call on accounts, and coordinate blood drives to meet monthly goals.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience with a bachelor's degree or prior related work experience.
• Customer service, retail, or event planning experience preferred.
• A high degree of creativity and positive energy.
• Advanced problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence,
• Polished, professional and compassionate communication skills with ability to educate, influence, negotiate and secure business agreements,
• Self confidence in making group presentations to the public, business and community leaders.
• Flexibility and adaptability to be effective in a fast-paced, results-driven environment where conditions and circumstances can rapidly change.
• Data management and computer skills with advanced organizational skills to manage multiple tasks quickly and simultaneously.
• The ability to work independently as a self-starter.
