Job summary

Republic Services in Georgia seeks an Account Manager to proactively maintain and grow relationships with existing commercial and industrial waste customers within the assigned territory. You will sell the full suite of Republic Services products and expand account penetration through proactive outreach and value-based solutions.

You will use Salesforce to track activity, coordinate with operations to resolve service issues, and participate in company events to boost visibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Waste or transportation industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and retain existing customers by building long‑term relationships and customer loyalty.
• Increase customer penetration by selling full suite of Republic Services products.
• Develop knowledge of services, pricing structures, and offers to assigned customers.
• Uses Salesforce to schedule and document activities and proposals.
• Collaborates with operations to address customer service issues.
