Job summary

Hamilton Medical is seeking an Account Manager to drive direct sales across Texas and Oklahoma, manage a multi-faceted sales process, and align with clinical resources. You will lead negotiations with hospital executives and physician champions, manage a regional pipeline, and coordinate with clinical support teams to maximize product adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in sciences or engineering is required.
• Minimum five years of sales experience in the Respiratory Care market is required.
• Solid understanding of capital and consumables sales processes is required.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Achieve 100% or greater of assigned sales plan.
• Develop campaigns and initiatives to close business.
• Prepare monthly sales forecasts and monitor/manage changes to ensure pipeline sufficiency.
• Manage budget within prescribed guidelines.
• Follow policies on visits to advance and close business.
• Develop territory sales pipeline and manage CRM activity.
• Coordinate with Clinical Applications Specialist to align objectives.
