Job summary

Hamilton Medical, Inc. in Dallas, TX is seeking an Account Manager to drive direct sales across Texas and Oklahoma, build campaigns, forecast monthly, manage budgets, and grow the Hamilton solution footprint in hospitals.

You will lead with a system-solution approach, handle field customer relations, coordinate with Clinical Applications Specialists, travel within territory, and report on sales activities to the management team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in sciences or engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of five years of sales experience within the Respiratory Care market.
• Solid understanding of both capital and consumable sales processes.
• Experience with clinical ventilation and market is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve 100% or greater of assigned sales plan and develop campaigns.
• Prepare monthly sales forecasts and monitor pipeline to meet quota.
• Manage budget within guidelines and travel as required.
• Develop territory sales pipeline and utilize CRM for reports.
• Collaborate with Clinical Applications Specialist to schedule resources.
• Provide customer training and in-service education for adoption of Hamilton solutions.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through ongoing follow-up.
