Job summary

Air Relief, part of Flow Control Group, seeks an Account Manager to expand business across defined territories by visiting customers and discussing needs and our offerings. You will sell products and services to industries such as chemical, petrochemical, refining, power, pharma, manufacturing and food.

You will quote, contract, map applications, and propose cost-saving solutions while traveling up to 50% within the territory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience selling technical products or as a service technician.
• Basic understanding of centrifugal compressor operation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude or an engineering degree.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to work in an industrial environment with PPE daily.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Quote prices and review specifications.
• Prepare sales contracts and coordinate with Customer Service for orders.
• Identify customer needs through proactive mapping of applications.
• Present solutions that improve performance and reduce costs.
• Travel within territory with up to 50% overnight travel.
