Job summary

Air Relief, part of Flow Control Group, is seeking an Account Manager to aggressively grow its established business by selling centrifugal air compressor parts and services across multiple markets. You will visit customers to discuss needs and explain the benefits of our offerings.

The role requires 5+ years of technical sales or service experience, strong mechanical aptitude, an engineering background, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience selling technical products or experience as a service technician.
• Basic understanding of centrifugal compressor operation.
• Engineering degree or closely related technical background.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to work in an industrial environment with PPE.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Quoting prices and reviewing specifications.
• Preparing sales contracts for orders obtained and submitting orders with Customer Service.
• Identifying customer needs and problems through proactive mapping of applications.
• Presenting solutions to customers that provide improved performance and cost savings.
• Daily travel within the territory with some overnight travel depending on location.
