Job summary

Amcor Flexibles, LLC is seeking an Account Manager II to own a territory, grow sales, and nurture trusted customer relationships. You will collaborate with internal teams to convert sales and marketing strategies into action, focusing on increasing share of wallet and delivering results.

You will build cross-functional relationships with marketing, R&D, and field service, manage accounts receivable with credit support, and align with strategic marketing on initiatives to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in technical, sales and general management.
• Proven track record of successful sales growth and profitability.
• Ability to travel domestically 60% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales goals including profitable year-over-year growth for assigned territory.
• Leverage knowledge of Amcor, our products, the industry and competitive market to enable the business to win
• Increase business with existing and new accounts through prospecting and networking
• Manage the complexities of account(s) in support of customer needs and effectively communicate to internal organization
• Orchestrate and support key business negotiations, supporting Amcor's interests and influencing decisions
