Amcor is seeking an Account Manager II to own a territory, grow sales, and build trusted customer relationships. You will collaborate with internal teams to convert sales and marketing strategies into action, with an emphasis on expanding share of wallet and delivering results.

You will manage relationships across customers, coordinate with marketing, R&D, and field service, and drive opportunities through effective negotiations and cross-functional teamwork.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3+ years relevant experience in technical, sales and general management, preferably within packaging.
• Experience in large-scale B2B environments.
• Ability to travel domestically 60% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver sales goals including profitable year-over-year growth for assigned territory.
• Leverage knowledge of Amcor, our products, the industry and competitive market to enable the business to win.
• Increase business with existing and new accounts through prospecting and networking.
• Manage the complexities of account(s) in support of customer needs and effectively communicate the needs to the internal organization.
• Orchestrate and support key business negotiations, supporting Amcor's interests demonstrating an ability to influence decision and actions.
