Job summary

Sorenson Communications seeks an Account Manager to promote CaptionCall by visiting providers, demonstrating the product, and generating leads. You will manage a territory with in-person meetings and events, driving adoption among Hearing Healthcare Providers and Senior Community Administrators.

The role requires travel, strong presentation skills, and strict adherence to compliance. A High School Diploma is required, with prior outside sales or healthcare exposure favored.

Qualifications

• Generate leads by demonstrating the CaptionCall phone to eligible users and providers.
• Manage a territory through in-person visits, presentations and events.
• Coordinate with Hearing Care Professionals on patient certification and referrals.
• Represent CaptionCall at events and adhere to company compliance policies.
• Log daily activities in the CRM using company standards.
• Handle highly confidential information with integrity.

Responsibilities
