Sorenson Communications is seeking an Account Manager in Washington, DC to promote CaptionCall and grow the provider network. You will visit healthcare professionals, demonstrate the service, generate leads, and manage provider accounts on a full-time, on-site basis.

The role requires customer-service excellence, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 25%. A high school diploma or GED is required, with prior outside sales experience considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to meet or exceed Account Manager expectations and goals.
• Willingness to travel 0–25% and work evenings/weekends as needed.
• Experience in outside sales and working with healthcare professionals is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Generate leads by demonstrating CaptionCall to eligible users and providers.
• Manage a territory with in-person presentations and events.
• Collaborate with Hearing Care Professionals on patient certification and referrals.
• Represent CaptionCall at events and maintain CRM records.
• Adhere to company compliance policies and handle confidential information.
