Sorenson Communications is seeking a motivated Account Manager to promote CaptionCall by engaging Hearing Healthcare Providers, Senior Community Administrators, and other allied professionals in California. The role emphasizes in-person visits, product demonstrations, and relationship-building to generate leads and manage provider accounts.

The position is full-time with travel and potential for career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
• Outside sales or similar experience beneficial.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% and work evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads by demonstrating CaptionCall to Hearing Healthcare Providers or Senior Community Administrators.
• Manage a territory through in-person interactions, presentations and events.
• Coordinate patient certification/referrals with Hearing Care Professionals.
• Represent CaptionCall at events and adhere to compliance policies.
• Log daily activities in the company CRM and maintain confidentiality as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
