Job summary

Sorenson Communications, LLC is seeking an Account Manager to promote the CaptionCall phone and service to Hearing Healthcare Providers and other healthcare professionals. You will generate leads, demonstrate products, and manage provider accounts with strong customer service and high ethical standards.

The role requires travel (25-50%), in-person presentations, and the ability to work evenings or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads by demonstrating the CaptionCall phone and service to eligible users.
• Manage a territory through in-person interactions, presentations and events.
• Collaborate with hearing care professionals on patient certification and referrals.
• Represent CaptionCall at events and adhere to compliance policies.
• Log daily activities in the company CRM and handle confidential information.
