Job summary

Sorenson Communications is seeking a motivated Account Manager to promote CaptionCall services to Hearing Healthcare Providers and Senior Community Administrators. You will generate leads, demonstrate the product, and manage provider accounts across a defined territory.

This full-time role requires travel (25-50%), strong customer service, and the ability to present to groups. A high school diploma or GED is required, with prior outside sales experience a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in account management or sales preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate and promote products to healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads by demonstrating the CaptionCall product to healthcare providers and senior communities.
• Manage a sales territory through in-person visits, presentations, and events.
• Coordinate with Hearing Care Professionals on patient certification and referrals.
• Represent CaptionCall at events and adhere to company compliance policies.
• Log daily activity in the company CRM and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
