Sorenson Communications, LLC in San Jose, CA is seeking an Account Manager to promote CaptionCall to healthcare providers and senior communities. This full-time, on-site role involves lead generation, territory management, product demonstrations, and maintaining CRM records.

The position offers commission-based earnings, travel 25-50%, and growth opportunities. Minimum education is a high school diploma or GED; candidates must be able to work evenings and weekends and travel by car as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Generate leads by demonstrating the CaptionCall phone and service to eligible users and providers
• Manage a territory through in-person interactions, presentations, and events
• Collaborate with Hearing Care Professionals on patient certification and referrals
• Represent CaptionCall at events as assigned
• Adhere to company compliance policies
• Use CRM to log daily activities
• Handle confidential information with integrity
• Perform other duties as assigned
