Sorenson Communications is seeking an Account Manager to promote CaptionCall and manage provider accounts. You will generate leads, visit healthcare professionals, and demonstrate the product to secure referrals. Travel is part of the role, with potential for career growth and advancement.

Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills, outside sales experience, and the ability to work evenings or weekends if required. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are expected.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to meet or exceed Account Manager expectations and goals.
• Able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Able to drive and travel by air as needed.
• Able to present to groups clearly and effectively.
• Experience in outside sales or similar roles.
• Experience working with senior citizens.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads by demonstrating CaptionCall to eligible users and healthcare providers.
• Manage a territory through in-person interactions, presentations and events.
• Collaborate with Hearing Care Professionals on patient certification and referrals.
• Represent CaptionCall at events and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Log daily activities in the company CRM and maintain confidentiality.
