Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Reliable transportation, current driver's license, minimum liability insurance as required by state of vehicle registration.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales process and drive profitable sales growth within an assigned territory for Airgas customers and prospects.
• Develop and implement sales plans leveraging Airgas’ initiatives to service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts.
• Nurture customer relationships by understanding the customer's business and establishing a consultative relationship.
• Prepare sales proposals by quoting pricing, establishing terms, and coordinating delivery timelines with production/delivery schedules.
• Maintain and submit sales reports (daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly/annual analyses) as requested by District Manager through SAP.
• Review and manage existing customer Accounts Receivable balances to protect Airgas working capital.
