Job summary

Otis Elevator Company is seeking an Account Manager to cover the Marietta, GA territory, driving sales, margin growth, and high customer satisfaction.

You will build relationships, renew maintenance agreements, and identify opportunities while working with a team in a dynamic, technical setting. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, with 2–4 years in outside sales preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of outside sales experience or equivalent in property management or HVAC sales.
• Strong written and verbal communication to manage customer expectations.
• Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, build, and maintain customer relationships; meet or exceed sales objectives.
• Retain and renew maintenance agreements; improve customer satisfaction via MFA program.
• Manage account relationships to drive renewals and repair opportunities.
