Job summary

Otis Elevator Company is seeking an Account Manager for the Lorton, VA territory. You will drive territory sales, margin growth, and customer satisfaction, acting as a technical sales consultant and managing renewals for maintenance agreements.

You will prospect, build relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, with a strong emphasis on customer-centric solutions and CRM forecasting.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of outside sales experience, or relevant experience in property management or HVAC sales.
• Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, build, and maintain customer relationships.
• Achieve or exceed sales objectives.
• Serve as technical sales consultant to customers in the assigned territory.
• Responsible for territory sales and margin growth.
• Retain and renew maintenance agreements by improving customer satisfaction via MFA program.
• Manage and nurture account relationships to drive renewals and repair opportunities.
• Conduct sales planners and needs assessment to inform targeting efforts.
