Job summary

Otis Elevator Company is seeking an Account Manager for the Lorton, VA territory. You will develop and maintain customer relationships, drive sales objectives, and act as a technical sales consultant while expanding the installed base and renewals.

The role requires 2–4 years in outside sales or related fields, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric approach. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred. Training and a dynamic team environment are provided.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in outside sales or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to develop expectations with customers.
• Customer centric with a strong desire to achieve satisfaction.
• Self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, build, and maintain customer relationships; achieve or exceed sales objectives; serve as technical sales consultant to customers in the territory.
• Retain and renew maintenance agreements by improving customer satisfaction via MFA program.
• Manage and nurture account relationships to drive renewals and repair opportunities.
• Conduct sales planning and needs assessments to inform account targeting and expansions.
