Heartflow is seeking a Territory Account Manager to act as the face of Heartflow in a defined geographic region. You will drive adoption of Heartflow’s non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic technology, working with physicians and hospital teams to build strong relationships and deliver value.

The role requires 20–25% travel from a home office, a base salary of $125,000 with total target compensation up to $200,000, and a path to exceed quota through performance in key accounts.

• 4-year degree with 5+ years of related sales or clinical experience.
