Job summary

Responsibilities include prospecting, territory planning, and collaboration with Operations, Marketing, and Customer Service to ensure customer success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Sales experience preferred; outside sales experience is a plus.
• Strong prospecting skills with a hunter mentality.
• Experience with CRM systems preferred.
• Coatings or related industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to travel daily within assigned territory.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by expanding existing accounts and increasing product adoption.
• Develop new business opportunities through prospecting and relationship-building.
• Build and maintain customer partnerships to reduce sales loss.
• Create territory sales plans to maximize market coverage.
• Use consultative selling to understand customer needs and propose solutions.
• Help manage pricing, discounts, margins and territory profitability.
• Track activity, engagement, forecasts, and performance in CRM.
